Sequels I Need On My Shelves

Hey y’all! Today for Blogmas I’m going to share a few sequels that I would kill for.

Sword in The Stars by Amy Rose Capetta & Cory McCarthy has been on my list since I finished Once & Future. This inclusive sci-fi is endearing, humorous, and a complete adventure. I can’t wait to see what Ari and the crew get into in this book.

The Silvered Serpents by Roshani Chokshi is the sequel to The Gilded Wolves. If I could choose one novel that was severely underrated and overlooked it would be that one. I can’t even begin to explain how well written and intricate its pages were; the characterization alone was amazing. To say that I’m excited for The Silvered Serpents would be an understatement.

I’m pumped for Aurora Burning simply because of this cover. I have absolutely no idea how the first novel ended but you can bet I’m gonna find out after seeing this one!

The cover to Blood and Honey by Shelby Mahurin has yet to be revealed but Serpent and Dove was hands down my favorite fantasy of the year for many reasons. I’m completely invested in Lou & Reid’s journey and would be willing to sell my soul for an ARC, just kidding…unless?

We Unleash The Merciless Storm by Tehlor Kay Mejia is the sequel to We Set The Dark on Fire. This Latinx story is full of beautiful writing, suspense and forbidden love. I didn’t think I would end up loving the series this much but it was unforgettable forsure.

Now while I didn’t completely fall in love with The Beautiful by Renée Ahdieh, I have high hopes for the sequel The Damned. The cover alone has me wanting to know what’s going on and how everything will turn out after that crazy ending to the first book.
