ABC Book Challenge: A

I’ve been seeing this float around my reader for a while so I thought why not? It’s simple enough and I still get some much needed blogging in for the day, everyone wins! Or I’m just shouting into the void which is totally okay too.

Letter A ✨

A Book that I’ve read:

Ashfall by Mike Mullin- This is a book that I read way back in HighSchool because it was based in Iowa and right from the beginning of the book all hell proceeds to break loose. I got to the second book in the series and had to return it so I never finished! Making a note to go back and finish it right meow 😼 To give you a brief overview the super volcano under Yellowstone explodes and causes a sudden ash winter and the main character Alex has to make it to Illinois to his family who may or may not still be alive, mini trigger warning: this series does include sexual assault and violence of all kinds but is a good story. Shoutout to my state for producing one of the most intense stories I’ve read. Click the link for the synopsis.

A Book on my TBR:

All Our Yesterdays by Cristin Terrill- This has been on my TBR for a couple of months, I happened across this book and the synopsis drug me in but maybe I’m a sucker for despair and love that comes out of it with a dash of more emotional trauma. This book has a pretty good rating and the cover is interesting. I’ll be starting this book ASAP. Click the link for Goodreads y’all!

  1. I’ve been thinking about doing this. It would be something easy to schedule. I have never heard of either of these so you know I’m adding them to my tbr.

    1. I think you just go through A-Z and do however many books you want to do per letter!!! I love it when I don’t have any time for a full fledged blog post or I don’t have an idea for content πŸ˜πŸ™ˆ
